[New-imc] BOMBAY/MUMBAI: (2) cities.inc (3) contact.php3

hi everyone, 
   The Mumbai aliases (1) now seem to function :)

Could someone please update (2) cities.inc and (3) contact.php3?

(i know the new database is being worked on, but meanwhile, updating 
these two "files" seems necessary)
