yo pienso lo mismo que blicero, creo que es de gran ayuda el estar
familiarizados con la herramienta, porque una buena declaración de
intenciones no sirve de mucho si luego te enfrentas con la realidad del
software y del día a día. de hecho, en la acp-imc madrid llevábamos más
de dos años con estas cosas ;)

i agree with blicero because it's a great help to have some experience
with the software before being an official imc, better than just
writting a pretty good principles of unity. in fact acp is more than two
years older than imc madrid
