hi everyone,

i think we should stick to the practice of having a local decision on
whether a site should be removed from cities.inc while waiting for the
group to reorganise. In both the Prague and France cases, there were
local decisions requesting this. In the WMass case, it seems to me
that the only problem is that they are low in numbers and not yet up
to critical mass. In this situation, i'm sure that *they* should be
quite capable of deciding this locally, especially given that (as far
as i've checked) *all* their mailing lists seem to have open archives:

IMHO, this is a much healthier situation than some of the IMCs who
had/have problems...

i'm sure if someone asks politely, they would respond...

Well, a (quick, probably incomplete) browsing of the archives shows
that it seems that the WMass people *would* accept global tech help:

The same email also shows some "angry" words (i'll let people look these
up themselves), but they are clearly not meant to hurt anyone:

i suggest anyone interested browse the WMass archives and try talking
to the locals and offering concrete help...
