[New-imc] INTERNAL DEADLINE PASSED - Pittsburgh IMC

hi everyone

our internal deadline for pittsburgh IMC has passed without any 
concerns and they are ready for the communication and process lists. 
i will send out that email shortly.

they responded to my questions about their editorial policy with the 
information below and also asked some valuable clarifying questions 
about the role of liaisons on the global lists.  i responded with the 
clarification below.

one last comment, i'd suggest you set up a list on 
lists.indymedia.org for your work so that people can easily find your 
list and you can start keeping an archive for people who are 
interested in finding out more about your local collective.
