[New-imc] Vermont Indymedia Revival

Vermont Indymedia, which has been on hiatus for a year or so, is
rejuvenating. The same organizers who originally went through the new-imc
process in March 2001 are still here, as are some new folks. We've got a
new, refreshed site up and running at http://www.vermontindymedia.org , and
we'd like to get http://vermont.indymedia.org pointed to that site. Since
the cities list still includes a link to the OLD site (which hasn't been
updated in a year or so) it seems like it would be all to the good to make
this change. Is that OK with folks? I assume we don't have to go back
through the whole process?
