Unfortunately we don\'t have a server or any Technical support group as of yet, we have tried on several occasion to find a server space that we could use for the Iran IMC, but for security concerns we can not have a server space and domain inside Iran.  And finding a Tech group and a Server space abroad has been very hard. We do apologize for that. 

outreach:
As you all might know, public meetings in Tehran or other cities in Iran, is something that should be avoided because of the nature of current social and political settings here. So we can\'t have any public meetings, or hand out papers in the streets.
For outreach we have used Email(iran_imc at autistici.org), Maillist (imc-iran at lists.indymedia.org), and also IRC(irc.indymedia.org #Iran).  We usually exchange Ideas through Email and almost every day talk on the IRC, also we have some 2100 people on the mail list at the moment and we have sent out both Farise/English versions of our Mission statement and IMC history and also the Principles of Unity.  We receive some 20Emails daily from differnet people both inside and outside Iran, and the repsonces are very positive.  Also five other Internet Newspapers have published some of our News Wires and letters that we have sent.  Over all people have given us very positive responses and many are willing to help us.  Our mail list is made of some 1000 people insdie Iran and some 1000 Iranians from outside Iran. Many Iranian groups are on our list.


introductory_statement:
Our mission is to help Iran activists and journalists to organize, and inform, to be a link for stories form Iran to reach other parts of the planet, and to break down the barriers and encourage the flow of information from the people of Iran.  Also to be part of a larger global media movenet, and too contribute to the growth and development off a free non-coprate or government controlled news.
