good to see they'er on their way then. is there some kinda process for
this so it's easy to follow? i notice we have:

subject: NEW IMC APPLICATION - Tallahassee-Red Hills - DEADLINE
DECEMBER 6

is there a way to get an automatic reminder once the deadline has
passed? or can we tell the new-imc that notifying us and cc'ing to tech
is part of step 8 in the process? seems odd that 'we're' doing it all.

anyway, perhaps people will pickup the subject line of this and use it
for further approvals.
