[New-imc] translations of key new-imc docus

mark, anyone else with access to the newimc page,
   i realise that you would prefer to have translations of the full page:

http://newimc.indymedia.org/

but i can only personally do rough translations, which sometimes
motivate native speakers to completely retranslate them from scratch
;) or to claim that they are written in the language on the other side
of a national border.

But IMHO, the translations which do exist should be linked in some
way on newimc.indymedia.org, e.g. as an extra sentence at the end of
the section "PROVISIONAL IMC NETWORK DOCUMENTS", just before 
"IMPORTANT BACKGROUND DOCUMENTS".


*** Could you simply add a link:

http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/DocumentsTranslation

for example, followed by  

( italiano/ 日本語 / bahasa melayu/ bahasa indonesia/ 
po polsku / [basque] ) 

so that people know that they'll find some of these translations there.

(The 26085 etc codes just mean Japanese-language in html.)

* Also it seems that the full page (but not individual documents) is
translated in German:

* The Dutch translation has no link to either English or Dutch (or other)
version of the Principles of Unity:

It just links to Dutch and English versions of the Membership Criteria.

Could you please add a link (at least) to the English version of the
Principles of Unity in the section "HUIDIGE IMC NETWERK DOCUMENTEN" ?
