Great that you're joining us! Please just use your initiative,
there's no need to wait until someone orders you to do something,
as long as you do it openly and consensually.

IMHO it could help a lot to start using the TWiki pages, especially
to reduce the long-term risks of hierarchy.
i think vally from Ambazonia (living in Germany) is interested
in helping along African IMCs. There's clearly a big challenge
in finding out how the IMC model can function or evolve in places
where the physical security risks are high and/or the internet
connectivity is extremely expensive and where expatriates play
a big role due to the internet access inequality.
