thanks to bart for adding a dutch translation of the imc database web
app.

i added info for those interested in adding translations to the logon
page @ http://www.indymedia.org/contact/ --- the dictionary file is
http://www.indymedia.org/contact/strings.txt

i hope.... the people that could add a translation can read this..... ;)
