Hi Boud!
We have our second meeting scheduled for the 16th and already have members working on ed policy and mission statement. St. Louis thinks they'll have our "skeleton" set up in the next few weeks, so we'll be looking forward to any guidance the IMC can offer. I'll look over the links in prep for the next meeting. You look like you're doing all the right things! But i'd prefer someone
local who really knows the local situation to handle your application.

i can suggest you read through

and the documents linked there and have some more face-to-face
meetings and deal with all the various organising issues such as how
you'll make decisions, what your editorial policy is, etc.

You might also want to look up

for two links on what IMHO are some of the best documents on how
to organise meetings.

By the time you've gone through that, hopefully someone will be back to
guide you more seriously!
