[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (housing.indymedia.org)

This seems very specific for a name like "housing"

Although i agree these are very important issues - along with "Water" 
etc that have been asked for before - personally i thing sites 
dedicated to single issues  would be better off setting up their own 
site/domain even using active software - and then imc's round the 
world can link to them where needed.

Or in this case DC could set up a part of it's site dedicated to 
housing (i think SFactive can support catagories) I think it would 
strengthen local work in this way.
