[New-imc] Re: IMC-Palestine Application Response

On this whole domain name issue I do wonder where Israel IMC stands on it. 
I really don't think they should have anymore say than any other IMC but I 
also don't think they should have any less (except for Palestine) say than 
any other IMC. In terms of how we support each other it could become very 
important as to how these two IMC's relate to each other.

I think if our experience in San Diego is any indicator we should give 
approval to the application and move it on to the process list where the 
real fun on the above question will start :)
