I agree that IMC TB is ready to go, but I do have a question about thier editorial policy,

for an IMC site this implys that there will be a substantial amount of editiorial
'interferene' on the newswire. That dosen't mean that it dosen't fall within the
definition of open publishing, and I'm not blocking thier application in any way,
but my experience with editorial questions so far has show me that it is better to 
maintain some flexability. I mean, hiding all unsubstantiated posts, or mass media reposts
is a lot of hiding! 

a suggestion (that need not be heeded at all if you so wish): change 'will' to
'reserve the right to'

Other than that, the application rocks, they seem organized, energetic and 
excited, what more can one ask for!
