Ummmm... Deja, Petros,
  Could i make a technical point about communication?

It seems to me that it would avoid unnecessary confusion if we could
start using the correct spelling:

imc-communication

and not

imc-communications

unless listwork has put in an alias so that imc-communications
forwards automatically to imc-communication.

i think this is important for IMCs in poor countries where
internet access is expensive/difficult - why make communication
more difficult than it needs to be?
