[New-imc] warning on choice of list names

Hi everyone,
   There seems to be a suggestion by some IMC IDF people to
create some new lists with the names

new-imc-paris
new-imc-france

i don't think the proposition is very serious, but i pointed
out on imc-france and listwork that these could lead to confusion
with new-imc:
