Hi new-imc list,

By now I'm sure you've had time to take a look at the extensive documents
the Springfield IMC sent yesterday.  If you haven't, get a glimpse before
the end of the day on July 8.  If there's no dissent by that time, either
Sharpie or I will pass the information along to imc-process for the final
week-long decision period.
