Hola, (english below ;) 
puesto que soy una de las personas que ha puesto las pillas en ese 
proyecto, anado mi opinion en la discussion.
La idea de un sitio latino que salimos despues de una reunion en 
Buenos Aires era un poco diferente de los que actiualmente es le 
sitio global de indymedia. Ademas de un colletivo editorial ABIERTO A 
TODOS LOS MOVIMIENTOS SOCIALES Y CMIs la pagina seria bilingue pt/es
(o trinlingue como otros han sugerido pt/es/en) tambien serviria para 
aproximar Brasil de los paises hispano hablantes. Serviria tambien 
como una hierramienta para arrecadar fundos, con los proyectos en 
andamiento listados en la columna de la derecha. Puede parecer 
pretensioso pero tambien hemos hablado de hacer reportajes profundas 
sobre situaciones comunies a todos los paises de latino america. Eso 
funcionaria? Fue precipitado hacer la pagina? Estaran los problemas 
politicos/sexistas y otros prejudicios dejados de lado en beneficio 
de un proyecto/ideal comun?
No se, pero espero que sip. De todas formas, los que estan 
interessados deverian tener una reunion lo mas rapido possible. 
En lo que se refiere a passar por el processo de new imc, creo que es 
siempre valido tener los principios de indymedia en mente.

Hi, 
as one of the persons involved in this project i would add my 
thoughts to this conversation.
The idea of the latina web site that we came out after a meeting in 
Buenos Aires was pretty much different from what is the global site 
nowadays, even thought with similarities. Besides then an open 
editorial collective for all social movments and IMCs from Latina 
America the web page would fill in the lack of communication between 
Brasil and the spanish speakers countries. It could also serve as 
atool for fundraising having all the current or future projects 
listed in the right collum. It might sound pretentious but we also 
talked about elaborating deep journalist researchs on issues that 
involve most of the countries from latin america. Would this work? 
Was it precipitated to set up the web page? Will the political/sexist 
problems and other prejudices left behind on behaf of a common 
project/ideal?
I don't know, but hope so. Either way, the people who are interested 
in participate should have a meeting asap.
Regarding passing throught the new imc process, i guess it's always 
useful to have the indymedia process in mind.
