i doubt many people both on new-imc and imc-process lists can read 
portuguese. :/
 if you deem it proper and have reasons  to address a local imc issue on any 
of the indymedia network lists, you should provide an english version of the 
text.
this is both odd and necessary (sorry, i don't like english that much either, 
but i can't see any feasible alternative), in order to let people on the list 
understand and possibly partecipate in the current discussion
