[New-imc] Proposed Nepal IMC

not really gekked.
besides of being really busy latelly, i have no clue of what the word
"disclosure" means.
i'm a vollunteer of New Imc Working Group and the only think i do is give
instructions and provide any kind of clarification new groups might have
about indymedia process. If there was someone else dealing with Nepal IMC
and i steped foward, i'm sorry it wasn't my intention. Just let me know
cause there is an e-mail to answer.
