Hi,

Just a quick note to say that I agree with Dri entirely.  I think the first
thing we should do when someone approaches us to join the network is to
engage them in discussion and find whatever common ground we have.  If that
seems to be promising, then we should feel free to open up important
questions.  We seem to have developed a fairly keen sense of which aspiring
IMCs are on the up and up and which don't fit into the mold, but perhaps
some may not come across as fully as others in their initial communication.
 I say we should be as welcoming as possible and go forward from that point.

As for the Nepal IMC itself, I would gather we all agree that we should do
all we can to enable it to happen, of course in a way that's consistent
with our principles.
