[New-imc] western mass newswire, or lack thereof

so far, 

i've been the only one complaining, but i've contacted
them, and i've even met them a few times, including at
the Northeast imc gathering in massachusetts in may.

they are in the "process" of putting together the
newswire, for the last 5 months and they have declined
help in any way. we at the mad hatters imc (danbury,
ct) have offered our open source code (post nuke) and
they have declined.

so...

in conclusion, the western mass imc is NOT an imc.
they may meet the principles of unity and had their
application together, but they do not have any open
publishing, or publishing altogether.

if i sound pissed, i may be. believe me, i break rules
everyday.

if i'm out of line, tell me. either way, this
situation needs to be rectified.
