[New-imc] Proposed Nepal IMC

Hi Bart et all,
I've just send out a letter to Mathura Shrestha, the local contact Stepen
sent us with a copy to new-imc list.
I totally understand the concerns and in the right time i think they should
come to light. Any help dealing with this application is very much
appreciated.
