hi dri,
I'm sorry the way my message sounded. I thought the IMC-Nepal process
was further along, and that they had received the new imc documents
already. 

I agree with you that we should not start out asking questions. But I
do think at some point we should have disclosure about their
relationship to the Maoist groups in Nepal. I believe that any IMC
which is operating in Nepal have some contact with the Maoists there.
