Resources to contribute: Good tech support, but would need server bandwidth and technical stuff as well.  In so far as organizing skills we have a bilingual team, and the States largest Anarcho-syndicalist organization ready to jump on board

Why we want to be an IMC: Wel, in Oaxaca we have arbitrary detentions, harrassments, threats, kidnapping, torture, rape, disappearances, assassinations, urban and rural paramilitarism, an Attorney General that would not visit with Rupert Knox of Amnesty International, a governor who funds and runs paramilitary groups, as well as militarizes state police. etc. etc.  But what we don´t have are international human rights observers, International media, or attention.
