[New-imc] Call for list administrator -- TAKE II:

Hi all,

I am looking for a replacement list administrator for myself so that I can
concentrate on finance stuff.  I think it is a good idea for
administrators to recruit their replacements when they leave, and am
looking for someone who would be willing to take on the responsibilities.
This is an easy (though important) way for you to help with Global IMC
communication and the tasks involved only take a few minutes every couple
days (and occassionally more if special projects are being undertaken).
