Hi all,

Duane Whittingham <radiodude at logonix.net> has offered to rotate in as a
new administrator for the New-IMC list!  So, I've taken myself off the
administrator list now that I have a replacement.  Duane's been active
with Springfield (IL, USA) IMC and he'll send a brief intro momentarily.

So a big round of applause and a warm IMC welcome to Duane.
