We don't work with president's and stuff like that ...

If you're interested in forming an imc in your area, the best thing you can 
do is take a look at
http://newimc.indymedia.org
(there are some translations there).

You can also e-mail the New Imc Group, which is the group who facilitates 
communication with people/groups who want to start an imc at: 
new-imc at lists.indymedia.org (note: mailinglists normally have an open 
archive).
