[New-imc] IMC Beirut

Dear Sir/Madam

we are a group of people who are working on the imc website, Beirut 
Lebanon and we have finished the design and we are gathering articles 
daily, and we also have contacted "Thatcher" and thus we deducted some 
information on how to initiate IMC Beirut;

at this step we need to fill in the form for a NEW IMC.
we also need to know details about the Webspace, if it is provided by 
the IMC or it should be provided by US and aslo about the domain name 
and what will it be.
and could you please include the full details on how to subscribe a new 
IMC because it is not very clear on the website.
