please don't wait :-)
It's good to get sites up and running before they're official. They won't be
in the cities list & they wont have the "imcname.indymedia.org" before
they're official, but there's really no reason why they wouldn't be online
before they're official.

yes.

cyprus is approved. CFL, I don't know, sorry :-)
If you're in imc-tech or proces list, you'll normally get a mail 'Welcme IMC
x" when they're approved.
