Hi new-imc working group,

The Rochester IMC's membership criteria

and introductory letter

have been on the new-imc list for a few days.  Several people from
Rochester came to the Northeast IMC gathering a few weekends ago, and in
addition to being very nice, were excited to join the network.   I think
they'll be a great IMC.

Thanks to the Rochester group for being so patient over the last couple
weeks as I (yet again) dragged my feet in getting their info expedited.  My
turnaround time hasn't been good lately.
