[New-imc] new imc wiki page

Hey Everyone,

I'm a bit busy on docs.indymedia.org for the moment and I created a wiki for
new-imc

I think it would be easier to follow up documents and such if we would use
that place ?
any one comments ?

I would list all the laws Microsoft is breaking with the XP series, but that
would require more space than your computer has memory. (P. Lutus)
