[New-imc] NC-IMC Reapplication

I added www.chapelhill.indymedia.org, nc.indymedia.org,
www.nc.indymedia.org, northcarolina.indymedia.org, and
www.northcarolina.indymedia.org. Please have your geeks adjust your apache
configuration so the pages load correctly.

For the lists please go to http://newlist.indymedia.org and fill out the
form for each mailing list you want.

One question are you folks in contact with the global report ( think
that's the name ) newspaper folks in Ashville? They seem like prime
indymedia types.
