[New-imc] regarding NC IMC....(reply to bart)

I disagree with the contention that the chapel hill imc is simply going
through a name change. to become a statewide imc i would think one must be
able to also demonstrate statewide organizing. its 5 am as i write this
and i dont have time to read the documents right away, everything i have
seen so far, however, leads me to support this change.
but, i dont want to see another instance where somethign is rushed through
without appropriate process and then things get mangled, wires crossed,
people's feelings hurt, etc.
my 2 cents - will weigh in after reading nc's docs tomorrow or monday.
