[New-imc] NC Indymedia site ready to go - put us on cities list please!

IMC folks,
	Our site is now looking good and running. We requested to dns that
we'd like nc.indymedia.org. Our site is currently available at our old
site chapelhill.indymedia.org. Please link nc.indymedia.org on the cities
list as "nc". 
	Also, we still haven't heard back on the listserv work. Should I
e-mail someone else? Here's what we want:
