[New-imc] Bangladesh IMC?

I have been asked if there is a Bangladesh IMC in the pipeline - 
someone in Liverpool )uk) is on his way back to Bangladesh to live 
and is interested - but i thought i would first see if there has been 
any other contact. I will also ask him to network around first to 
make sure it is more than just him...
