My guess is that people from both sides
of the border might be eager to create

After all, at least one IMC reuniting people
from a culture artificially split by 
nationalistic borders and propaganda
exists:

Of course, the decision is for locals to 
make - they might prefer 
calcutta.indymedia.org and dacca.indymedia.org ...
