As far as I know there isn't a bangladesh imc in the pipeline;
Maybe the person you know can try to get into contact with interested people
?

ps: there's no such page on the wiki. & the correct address of the wiki is:

but you can find at the bottom of http://indymedia.org/contact.php3 some
informationabout requested imc's (don't know how up to date it's now).
