Wait just one second!

I've been processing the canadian applicants, and they are not through any process yet, in fact they've barely begun. If they want an instance on Stallman to begin working on thier page and the resources are there, then feel free to help them, but they haven't been approved by NewIMC or Process.

***IMC Winnapeg has NOT gone through the New-IMC Process.*** 

I will post all relevant info, such as email and stuff on NewIMC, I think that that is a logical place for this discussion, so please respond to that post to avoid confusion/overlap.
