[New-imc] new imc's and the tech process

I've made a proposal a week ago or so to rewrite that ...
it's somewhere in the archive ...
If someone explains me how to change it I can do it (I know html) ...
(there's also the risk I can fuck it up, but if one is willing to explain me
how to do it, I can maintain those pages).
