Bart here from the New-Imc group.
I've seen on the tech list there's at least been some progress on the tech
side. I'm still wondering how the non-tech things are going. I also have to
excuse me because I'm so slow nowadays & you had to wait long ....

Anyway, here's some more info on the process. It's a rather formal part that
should also help your imc in getting organised and in knowing better what
Indymedia - IMC is all about.

go through collectively.

Please note that 4. and 5. should be answerred. The answers should be send
back to our list.
We also want to receive an introduction to your imc and a contact list
(who's the contact person for what in your imc). The contact list is used to
update our internal database.

Since we're a network there's also someone required to be a "liaison" in
global communications. There should be at least someone from your imc on the
following lists:
imc-communications, imc-tech, imc-process, imc-finance & imc-proposals.
Since you're a european imc, it would be cool if someone joined imc-europe
list.
