[New-imc] new imc request from anchorage alaska

hi everyone,

it hasn't hit the new imc list but it has appeared on the imc process horizon.
just letting folks know i'm on it.

it's an old friend of mine from a few years back who is the general contact.
very cool.

i've sent an introductory email and will be following up with him and 
the local collective about our process and all the 
information/introduction they need.

anyway, just a heads up.
