[New-imc] roll call results

hey carloz,
i'm glad you're back :)
while i can understand why you feel that it's a drastic action to 
mass unsubscribe people, i think that it also helps to "clean up" 
these lists.  and people can always resubscribe.
i also think it is important to make a distinction between a working 
group and a discussion list.
this is a working group.  we have things to do.
i know both shane and tony and yes they are important people.
and blicero :)
the action of unsubscribing them does not negate that importance.
rather it is a decision based on lack of participation.
for example, i know shane very well - we've worked on imc since the 
wto on many occasions and he's awesome.  i also have emailed him 
every time a canada new imc question comes up and i never get a 
response, even from an individual email directed his way.  i would 
say then that his priorities and his focus is elsewhere and that it's 
not a personal slam to unsubscribe those who aren't participating in 
any way on this list.
he's doing g8 organizing and is very busy :)))
don't know about tony, but don't see him participating either.
