[New-imc] how to deal with switching collectives ...

Hey, cuando hay un nuevo colectivo yo pienso que se debe pasar por todo el 
proceso de vuelta. Hay cosas que un colectivo debe discutir durante el proceso, 
no solo mirar los papeles. Y esa discusión creo que enriquece al grupo.
Se debería bajar el sitio y cuando este aprobado el nuevo imc, levantarlo 
nuevamente

Hey, i think that when there's a new collective they must begin all the process 
again. There are some things that a collective must discuss through the 
process, not only read the papers. And this discussion makes the group better.
We must shut down the web site and wait that the aprobation of the new imc.

I just thought about it because of all the mails about imc France ...

It's basically a small question:
when a site is run by a new collective do they need to go to our process or 
not ?

I feel they should; especially if it's a total new collective ... ?
any idea's ?
