Hi Sharpie,

Just saw the Central Florida docs come through the new-imc list.  I'll take a
closer look over the next couple days, but the first impression is that you've
definitely put some great work into getting everything together.

Yup, I think so.  Did we miss anything?  It's all in the principles/membership
criteria docs.
