[New-imc] upcoming events in europe

first off most requests for upcoming events go to the www-features list
but i'm on this list also so i saw your request. I got the listings upon
which i based the latest update of upcoming events from a french email
that went out after the world social forum, so i assume that is why there
is the french spelling.

Sorry about the url, i was typing it from memory and forgot to double
check.

Regarding the actions in Sevilla and Madrid, all i know is that somebody
said there were protests, are there any calls to action or websites for
those protests yet?

Also i know there is more stuff going on than those three manifestations
but being in south america i havent heard about them. If you could email
me info on them i'd really appricate it. I remember people talking about
something in Strasbourg but i don't know if that's happening.
