Two suggestions and one thought for the Andorrans:

(1) It would be good if you started a mailing list - just ask at
http://newlist.indymedia.org

(2) It might be helpful to have a point-by-point response to the
membership criteria - I don't mean to be bureaucratic, but there are
some things which require thinking about, and having at least
*something* in writing for each point helps focus further discussion
and make sure it doesn't just go around in circles. It also helps make
sure people who may have missed the earlier meetings know where they
can build from. E.g. having some draft decision (or plan to make some
decisions) about the editorial process (at least for spam, double
posts, etc.), unless you really plan to allow all spam, double posts,
porno, etc. to remain unhidden.

(3) A thought - you say there's *big* money laundered through
Andorra. If you upset big corporations/mafias/etc. they'll try to hit
back. I don't want to discourage you - I'm glad you have the courage
to do this! I'm just wondering what things (apart from the
non-hierarchical, open structure, by the fact that once information is
out nothing can get the genie back in the bottle, and by having
sufficiently large numbers of people) could help minimise any
danger. Probably having some legal contacts would be good - maybe
someone should subscribe to imc-legal? My guess (with no knowledge
whatsoever!) is there is probably strong anti-defamation law in
Andorra...? I'm really only guessing and thinking out aloud here...
