[New-imc] Call for European New-IMC Volunteers

Responding to Barts call out - i will help out. It looks like a busy list - but i will try my best - 
someone will have to show me the ropes and by June i will have time to put in... 

I notice in the archives that there have been some contacts from scotland - i have many more and 
will put them in touch... currently there are around 10 people in scotland showing interest, and i 
have encouraged them to read the New-imc page - so i would hope something will happen soon. 
With the UK name we still get many contacts for Ireland, Scotland and Wales - and we pass them 
on to the Local sites.

Just as a bit of Rollcall:  I am Tony from IMC-uk  - Involved over 2 years, in many issues, 
including print (Offline) Admin, Meetings and currently organising the volunteer side of things. It 
looks little written down but takes up most of my time!  Out side of all this i am a graphic 
designer, teach at University, and am involved in the local RTS/PGA scene in London.
