estoy muy feliz en saber que empieza otro CMI en america del sur ;)
Muy linda la carta de apresentación y los objetivos de CMI Ecuador.
Sin embargo, creo que es necessario escribir también la politica 
editorial antes de que se envie la carta a imc-process. Mirad la 
politica editorial de Seattle que expone muy bien como trabajar con  
el sistema de publicacion abierta sin que el collectivo editorial 
tenga una postura de filtro y más de mediación.

i´m really glad to hear that there is another imc in south america ;)
i liked a lot the introdction letter and the objectives statment of 
imc ecuador. But i guess it´s necessary to have a editorial police 
before moving this letter to imc process. Take a look at seattle imc 
editorial police cause it explains really well how the editorial 
collective works with open publishing sistem without acting only as a 
filter and much more as a mediator/facilitator of info.
