I'm Bart, european contact of the new imc working group; a group of volunteers taking care of requested imc's to start up. Sorry It took me so long to answer. However, I'm really to pleased to see another collective in Europse is geting organised to start an imc.

I've asked Petros from the Cyprus and Mediterranean imc to help a bit in the communication process, since he's from the region & he told me he's  interested in helping out. So I cc'd him here.

In the beginning days of new-imc there was an application from Turkey, which got blocked for various reasons. I still have most contacts from those days, so if you want them I'll send them out to you.

On http://newimc.indymedia.org there are links to five documents you have to go through collectively.

Please note that 4. and 5. should be answerred. The answers should be send back to our list.
We also want to receive an introduction to your imc and a contact list (who's the contact person for what in your imc). The contact list is used to update our internal database.

Since we're a network there's also someone required to be a "liaison" in global communications. There should be at least someone from your imc on the following lists:
imc-communications, imc-tech, imc-process, imc-finance & imc-proposals. Since you're a european imc, it would be cool if someone joined imc-europe list.
